Previously, we used Google Sync to transfer contacts from BlackBerry to Android phone, but since Google has change their mind by not letting BlackBerry users to download it for free, we have to think for other alternatives.
Let's start now..
Before we start, on your Android running device, open the Play Store apps and search for "rainbow contacts". Download the application to your system.
Now, we go to the step-by-step of transferring the contacts from your BlackBerry to Android OS phone.
- Switch ON the bluetooth for both devices.
- Pair both devices.
- Go to BlackBerry's Bluetooth Settings and select the Android OS phone that you have paired.
- Press the trackpad/trackball and the menu will pop out.
- Select Transfer Contacts.
- On your Android OS phone, a request to accept the file transfer will pop out. Accept it.
- Walla! All your contacts from BlackBerry has been transferred to your Android OS phone.
