Sinopsis Skim Rumah Pertamaku:-
1. Pinjaman 100%.
2. Bangunan kediaman sahaja.
3. Pertama kali membeli rumah kediaman.
4. Berumur 35 tahun ke bawah.
5. Pendapatan perseorangan tidak lebih RM3,000.00 sebulan.
6. Telah disahkan jawatan dengan pengesahan lebih 6 bulan.
7. Rumah kediaman berharga lebih dari RM100,000.00 dan kurang daripada RM220,000.00 sahaja.
8. Tempoh bayar balik pinjaman selama 30 tahun.
