1. TGV Cinema is now opened in Mesra Mall, Kerteh. That is a non-standard thing to happen, a cinema in a mall which is located in a village. The standard thing, outsiders especially people whom are working in oil & gas industry there can enjoy movies without having to leave their places on weekends.
2. There's a lot of teenagers who misused the facilities provided within the mall. It is a standard thing to see in a village when there's an establishment happened inside their village. A non-standard thing to see, there's a lot of people who really need to use the facilities.
3. Parking spaces are provided. Standard thing to see, visitors didn't park their cars within the spaces instead cramping the loading bay road located at the back of the mall. A non-standard situation, supplier's lorries are having difficulties to unload their haul.
4. Traffic lights are there to ease out the traffics. Standard view, people aren't obeying the lights. A non-standard situation, accidents happened a few times there.
5. Amusement park & bowling center are there. Kids aren't accompanied by adults is a standard sceneries. A non-standard one, they are creating chaos and troubling others. Visitors are annoyed by their demeanor sometimes.
